LOADING/UNLOADING SXSW secures specific areas for each venue where bands can load/unload their gear into their venue. • Your APM will notify you where the loading/unloading zone is for your venue. • Give your bands this location before day of show. • There will be SXSW Volunteers wearing safety vests within these zones who can direct most artists to the nearest parking options once they have loaded into their venue. • These areas are for loading and unloading only. NO PARKING. • Your bands will receive a SXSW Loading Pass when they check in at the Austin Convention Center. • Your APM will provide you with a SXSW Street Closure Map that outlines some of the major closures during SXSW. Artists will also have access to the Street Closure Map through an accepted artist FAQ page. Please pass this info along to your artists so they will be able to navigate their loading/ unloading zone.
