Then… • SXSW will provide you a chance to voice your opinions in a Stage Manager survey, please fill it out and return it as soon as possible. • SXSW will give you a chance to grade your volunteers. Please grade all of your volunteers and leave comments. Volunteers should be graded in this scale: - Excellent/Crew Manager material please reserve this for volunteers you think would make a great stage manager. - Above Average for volunteers that did a great job, but not ready for stage managing. - Average they did their job. - Below average they did a less than desirable job. - Should not be asked back please leave reasons why this volunteer was bad, as this could ban them from volunteering with us in the future.
