Don't miss writer/ filmmaker Nelson George today (Sunday, March 13), Filmmaker Joe Swanberg tomorrow (Monday) and producer/screenwriter Gale Anne Hurd on Tuesday. All keynotes take place at 11am at the Vimeo Theater in the Austin Convention Center. The Trade Show Pitch Stage Get a fast-paced introduction to the startups and companies exhibiting in the SXSW Trade Show. Running today (Sunday) through Wednesday, from 11am - 6pm, each hour's session features exhibitors grouped by theme, with demos, giveaways and networking following the pitches. SXSW Interactive Workshops Taking place tomorrow (Monday) and Tuesday at the JW Marriott, Workshops offer Interactive registrants hands-on opportunities to learn new skills. Each participant will receive a SXSW Interactive Certificate of Completion. You must reserve your workshop seat in advance, so visit sxsw.com/interactive/conference/workshops for any availability. SXAméricas SXAméricas brings together U.S. Latinos and Latin American leaders in the film, music, and technology industries. Come connect at networking Meet Ups, highlighted sessions, and more. Featured speakers include actress America Ferrera, Mexican Senator Ninfa Salinas and Eric Ochoa of Under Cover Cholo. The El Rey Network's lucha libre wrestling series, Lucha Underground, will be at Austin Music Hall on Tuesday, March 15. SXAméricas events will continue through Saturday, March 19. SXSW Interactive Innovation Awards Finalist Showcase The first-annual SXSW Interactive Innovation Awards Finalist Showcase takes place tomorrow (Monday, March 14) from 12 - 3pm in Salon C on the 4th Floor of the Hilton Austin Downtown. 65 finalists across 13 award categories will exhibit their work. Come vote for your favorite in the People's Choice Awards. Then, join us as we reveal the winners at Tuesday's Interactive Innovation Awards Ceremony. How to attend SXSW Screenings + Venue Status Boards You still have lots of opportunities to catch great films at SXSW Learn about our access procedures at sxsw.com/film/festival/screenings, but here's a quick run down: 1st, SXSW Film, Gold & Platinum badge holders with SXXpress passes for the screening are allowed entry. 2nd, The remaining Film, Gold & Platinum badge holders are allowed entry. 3rd, If seats remain after all badge holders have been let in, Film Wristband holders will be allowed entry. 4th, Single-admission tickets will be sold for $12 starting 15 minutes before showtime (if available). Pay particular attention to our Venue Status Boards, a great way to help determine whether a venue has seats available: GREEN means GO! ................ Lots of seats left YELLOW means HURRY! ...
