MUSIC AWARDS
(AUSTIN MUSIC AWARDS - AMAs)
AMA Crew Chiefs:
Deborah, Kayla, Elisabeth
AMA Days of Operation:
Wednesday, March 16, 2016
AMA Check In:
Austin Hilton Hotel, 6th floor landing near
escalator.
AMA Crew Duties/Areas of
Responsibility:
Access is critical as well as taking care of
winners and presenters. Volunteers make
sure that the show runs according to the
schedule and communication is seamless
between show director, crew chiefs and
performers. Some volunteer duties include:
• Door management
• Line wrangling
• Monitoring access points
AMA Crew Attire and Reminder:
Volunteers wear their SXSW Volunteer
t-shirt, tasteful bottoms, and comfortable
shoes with socks. If you will be working
before you receive your credential (for
example, you may be waiting for a music
badge, but working during Interactive) you
will need to pick up a working volunteer
day pass from your crew chief or Volunteer
Central.
