20 Volunteer Central is located onsite at the ACC in Exhibit Hall 5. Volunteer Central is  comprised of a crew of veteran volunteers who are on duty to assist you with just about  anything volunteer related. In addition, there is always at least one volunteer coordinator  present during operating hours. We may not always be visible, so please ask for one of  us if you need our assistance. Volunteer Central will serve many purposes during your time as a 2016 SXSW Volunteer. VOLUNTEER CENTR AL CAN: • Check you in before your first shift • Issue your volunteer t-shirts • Provide contact info for your crew managers • Print your schedule for you • Issue your perk and/or food pass • Take your call if you have to miss a shift • Provide some basic necessity items such as toiletries & first aid supplies • Look at your schedule for errors • Provide a loaner t-shirt if you forget yours. However, you really don't want to do that.  We don't wash ours. You'll need to leave an ID as collateral. • Help you with any questions or concerns that cannot be addressed with your crew  managers  or staff members • Make changes or update your record if needed to process your perk • Provide a shoulder to cry on, or a hug • Reprint a damaged credential — you must return the old one first • Point you in the right direction VOLUNTEER CENTR AL CAN NOT: • Make changes to your schedule. You must address any schedule changes with the  crew managers of the crews you're working on. • Replace a stolen or lost credential. • Add hours to your schedule. If you need more hours for your perk, you need to talk to  the crew managers of the crews you are already working on. • Hold or store any personal items.
