Acoustic Café + SongCraft Presents Success Story Acoustic Café + SongCraft Presents has been busy since presenting last year's panel at SXSW Music. Their work with Subway caught the eye of an advertising agency, and now they are deep into a year-long multi-format project with a major auto manufacturer that has them collaborating with musicians such as Lera Lynn, Kishi Bashi and My Brightest Diamond. They have also been expanding into television, with their pilot episode airing on PBS in February. Acoustic Café's Rob Reinhart said recently, "SXSW has been a major part of our growth – we've made crucial connec- tions in Austin with partners in both the music and business worlds." This year they will be writing and recording brand new songs with two artists, which will be premiered live at their "Acoustic Café + SongCraft Presents" panel, before broadcasting the recordings and selected moments from their conversations with the artists for an estimated audience of three million people on Acoustic Café. The session is scheduled for Saturday, March 21, at 2pm in Room 16AB of the Austin Convention Center. Acou s t ic C a fe S T E V E R O G E R S L A U R E N L I N D L E Y
