The SXSW Music Festival would not be possible without the tireless efforts of the SXSW
Music Venue Volunteers. Working with bands before the festival, maintaining your
showcase schedule, and providing a safe environment will ensure that your performers
and audience will have a great experience at SXSW.
SXSW Stage Managers act as the liaison between SXSW Staff, venue, production
personnel, performers and their representatives, and volunteer stage crew. SXSW
Stage Managers are awarded a SXSW Platinum Badge that allows full access into the
SXSW Conference & Festivals.
