71 ACCELERATOR Brings together startups, entrepreneurs, investors, and cutting-edge digital tastemakers within SXSW IA. Accelerator includes startup-related panels, Meet Ups, lounges, pitch events and mentoring/ coaching sessions. ACC Austin Convention Center ALL -CONFERENCE CREW Operates all days/nights during Film, Interactive, and Music. All-Conference crews work a wide variety of hours and perks are earned depending on the number of hours worked. Crews work all over the downtown area. APM Assistant Production Manager. Staff members who monitor music venues in zones in order to rectify problems and situations that may arise. EXHIBITION Refers to the Job Market, Health and MedTech Expo, Music Gear Expo, SX Create and Flatstock shows. GAMING EXPO The SXSW Gaming Expo is the part of IA that focuses on the gaming industry. Various companies will have demonstrations set up in Exhibit Hall 1 in the ACC. It is free and open to the public with a Guest Pass. HGI Hilton Garden Inn. One of several hospitality locations. Entrance is located at 5th and Sabine Streets. IA Interactive ICC Interactive Campus Coordinator. Coordinates one of the many IA venues and insures that its panels and events run smoothly. INFO BOOTHS Once called connection centers, info booths house computers that registrants can access to check schedules and programming, volunteers to answer an assortment of questions pertaining to SXSW and Austin, maps, and a host of other information. GUEST PASS The SXSW Guest Pass is a free credential that gets you into free and open to the public SXSW events including: SXSW Gaming Expo, Outdoor Film Screenings, Flatstock 53, SXSW Music Gear Expo, SXSW Job Market, SX Create, Outdoor Stage at Lady Bird Lake, and the Dewey Winburne Awards. Guest Passes can be obtained at http://guestpass.sxsw.com or at the entry to the event LOUNGES Themed and sponsored areas where registrants can relax, meet fellow participants, conduct meetings, grab a refreshment or a snack. Lounge are located throughout the ACC and other downtown venues. COMMONLY USED TERMS
