51 PRODUCTION DELIVERY Production Delivery Staff: Charni, Kate Production Delivery Days of Operation: March 15 - 19, 2016 Production Delivery Volunteer Check In: Volunteers who work on this crew will  check in with the production team in  Production Village, located in Exhibit Hall 5. Production Delivery Volunteer Duties/ Areas of Responsibility: Volunteers working on this crew will  assist the production team in delivering  transformers to and from the SXSW official  venues, and deliver and retrieve production  equipment using the daily Transformer and  Delivery Schedule provided to you by the  Production Delivery Lead Tech. Volunteers  will drive and maintain rented SXSW  delivery vans (two people per van), and  visit venues during event hours to assess  quality of production, and report feedback  and issues to the appropriate Production  Delivery Lead Tech. Production Delivery Crew Attire and Reminders: Volunteers working on this crew must  wear their SXSW Volunteer t-shirt, tasteful  bottoms and a good, comfortable pair  of shoes. No open-toed shoes. It's also  suggested that volunteers bring a jacket  and warm clothing as this crew will operate  outside during the nights of music. Sensible  outfits - nothing which is going to get in  your way when moving gear to and from  venues and vans are a must.  What Else Should Volunteers Know About Production Delivery Crew: Volunteers working on this crew must  be 21 years and over and have a valid  driver's license. This role can be physically  demanding and volunteers will be required  to lift heavy equipment.  How to Contact the Production Delivery Staff: Volunteers on this crew can contact the  Production Team via email at proddelivery@ sxsw.com if you are going to be late or miss  a shift.  If it's less than 2 hours prior to the  start of your shift, first email your crew, then  call the Flake Task Force at (512) 404-4623 if  you're going to be late or miss the shift.
