They gave me a bag with all of the equipment in it-- lightbulbs, circuit board, and a long strand of wire-- and told me where to put the wires. They gave me a soldering iron, and explained how to use it. I put in all the circuitry, and then soldered it in place-- and then cut the extra wires. Finally, they gave me a battery to attach to it. Then the LED lights would light up.
