Experience the 2019 SXSW Art Program Visit Brush Square Park (409 E. 5th St.) and check out the SXSW Art Program installation EVERY THING EVERY TIME, produced by FutureEverything, which transforms urban data into poetry. During SXSW, the installation will draw on data streams generated by the daily happenings in Austin and write poetry in real time, which will then be presented on a large-scale mechanical screen. "Data, stripped from its original context and purpose, becomes impractical poetry. The work interrogates where data comes from, who owns it and how it's used," explains artist Naho Matsuda. Other installations in the 2019 SXSW Art Program include Blooming by Cocolab; Blooming by Lisa Park; Belongings by John-Paul Marin, Matt Smith, Patrick Abboud, Tea Uglow, and Kirstin Sillitoe; hash2ash and APPARATUM by panGenerator, Krzysztof Cybulski, Krzysztof Goliński, and Jakub Koźniewski; Semeion by Circuit Circus; and Arctic Passage by Louie Palu.
