Other times will usually be less crowded. These are located in various locations of the Austin Convention Center and the Hilton Austin Downtown, JW Marriott, Fairmont, Westin, and Four Seasons Hotels. AUSTIN CONVENTION CENTER INFO DESK LOCATIONS Level 1: 4th Street, Trinity Street, and Palazzo Level 3: Cesar Chavez Street Level 4: 4th Street FIRST AID STATION ACC, Level 1, Trinity Side, Near Exhibit Hall 4 Friday–Saturday, March 9-17 | 9:00am-4:00pm (some extended hours March 9-15) The Austin Convention Center's first aid station can be found on the northwest (Trinity Street) side of the convention center. The first aid location will be staffed by an EMT who can assist you with minor health and medical problems. In a medical emergency, please call 911. THE SAFE HARBOR ROOM ACC, Level 3, Room 5ABC March 5–17 | 6:15pm-7:15pm The Safe Harbor Room is a meeting place for registrants in recovery to meet during SXSW. The sessions are informal and supportive.
