Austin in March has become a second home, and since attending for the first time in 2000, this year (2014) was by far the greatest. I'm already looking forward to what I can present for next year and what more I can see, learn about and share with the best music minds from around the world. - Richie Abbott (Presenter, Juggernaut Sound/Strange Music) S eattle to Austin and back again is a 4,880- mile trip, one hundred times farther than I'd ever taken our Caravan Gallery- Parlor & Roadside Attractions before. This 1974 Airstream is an ongoing project focused on taking art to the streets. At Renegade Craft Fair's SXSW edition, we featured nine dif- ferent artists in the gallery with photographs, sculptures, and paintings, while our Roadside Attractions tent hosted magic shows, live music and a busking installation where people explored their creativity through hands-on participation. Quite an adventure! - Brenda Stoller (acaravan.com) S outhern Hospitality was honoured to be invited to put on an official SXSW showcase with all of the artists we have been supporting for the preceding 12 months. As ever all the SXSW officials, venue staff and volunteers were professional, always went beyond the call of duty and showed us nothing but love.
